L’Associazione Italiana Amici Cinema d’Essai of Aosta Valley was born as an APS in October 2020 thanks to a group of cinephiles, mostly women, under 35. The founding members have many different expertises and backgrounds, and they share their love for cinema, which some of them have turned into a job. They join forces to organize festivals and events related to cinema also thanks to many partnerships with organizations, institutions and festivals from all over the world.
How? Through initiatives that have a contemporary and cosmopolitan scope, events dedicated to the professionals of the film world, and by encouraging the presence in the local territory of many national and international professionals with a special attention to the French language.
